Picking the right exercise outfit

Picking out the right exercise clothing doesn't have to be a difficult, time-consuming or confusing process. Here are some tips for picking out great exercise outfits that will keep you sweating:
Cotton is a good start
At least your undergarments should be cotton if not your whole outfit. Many polyester and synthetic blends have problems with breathing and stretching and can even be bad for your skin. You can't go wrong with cotton.
If you are using synthetic fibers, wicking is a great way to get your fabric to breathe no matter what it's made of. Look for mesh, netted and wicked materials for breathability.
Change with the season
Sweats in the winter and shorts in the summer: A good way to stay healthy on the field and make sure that you don't get dehydrated while exercising.
Keep these tips in mind and you'll never be hesitant to hit the gym simply because you hate your workout clothes. Comfort, breathability and flexibility are key when it comes to picking out your gym clothes or running gear.
